Elizabeth Sue Kothmann, 76, went to her heavenly home on January 8, 2019, after a long, courageous battle with an illness. Her firm belief in God supported her through her struggles and ultimately gave her peace.

Visitation will be Friday, January 11, 2019, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Saturday morning January 12, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, in Menard, Texas.

Sue was born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, to Huey Enos and Carrie Phlay (Moorman) Steed on July 13, 1942. She married Paul Kothmann on June 17, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sue graduated from Lakeview High School and she attended San Angelo Business College in San Angelo, Texas. She worked in San Angelo for 16 years, as an apartment manager for College Hills West Apartments.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents Huey Enos and Carrie Phlay Steed.

Survivors include her husband Paul Kothmann, sons; Vince Smith of Austin, Dietrich Rambo and wife Loren and their sons Blaign and Noah, of Brandon Mississippi, Dewey Rambo and wife Amy of Amarillo, Texas; step son; Rex Kothmann; step-daughter Tenzy Bradley; step sons, Mann and Cary Rambo; sister Monya Fortenberry and husband Steve of Granbury, Texas; nephews, Chris and Hank Cunningham; niece Michelle Clayton, and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Sue was such a sweet person, love her very much, she was my apt manager, and friend, prayers to paul and her sons
